Obituary of Doreen Joyce Lamond

1921 - 2009

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Doreen Joyce Lamond announces her passing on December 15, 2009 in Cranbrook, British Columbia at 88 years of age.

Doreen was born on July 15, 1921 in Prince George, British Columbia. She leaves to mourn her passing her sons: Bob (Donna), Tom (Terry), Brian (Liz); daughter Jeannie; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Robert V. Lamond.

A memorial service for Doreen will take place at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Cranbrook on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 11:00 am. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in honour of Doreen may do so to the: Canadian Cancer Society, 19 - 9th Avenue South, Cranbrook, British Columbia, V1C 2L9.
