Obituary of Linda May Kirk

Linda Kirk passed away peacefully at the Cranbrook Regional Hospital on December 1, 2024 at the age of 76 years.  Linda was born in Steveston, BC on July 5, 1948, and lived most of her life in Cranbrook.  She was a cherished wife, mother, and friend. She loved spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. 

Linda was predeceased by her parents, Keri and Jean Greville and her brother Charlie.  She is survived by her husband, Tom; daughters Lana and Tammy; grandchildren Chenelle, Kylie, and Liam; her sisters, June and Penny, as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives.  Linda will be deeply missed by her family and friends.  Linda’s friends remember her as a kind and funny lady.

We are truly grateful to have shared our lives with her.

The Kirk family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and care-aid staff at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital for the exceptional compassionate care given to Linda. 

At Linda’s request there will be no funeral service.  A private family service will take place at a later date.
