Obituary of Nancy Pocha

Nancy Pocha (née Channon), born on August 14, 1931 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2025 at Cranbrook Regional Hospital at the age of 93.

Nancy was a kindhearted person who cherished her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a deep love for both people and animals and was always willing to go the extra mile to help those in need. Nancy valued her privacy and preferred not to have any fuss or attention for herself. She loved life and often said, "Remember Me for Who I Am and Don’t Cry for Me".

Nancy is survived by her children Dennis Pocha (Judy), Sharlynn Pocha, and Ardith Pocha (Kevin); her brother Frank Channon; as well as David Rosnow & Kerri-Lee Heisler, 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Archie Pocha, her mother Annie Channon, her father Frank Channon, her sister Helen Anderson, and her granddaughter Tara Pocha.

In accordance with Nancy's wishes, there will be no funeral service.
