Obituary of Hailey Morgan Wangert

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of our precious daughter, Hailey Morgan Wangert.

Hailey came into this world at 14:35 July 3, 1995. She had a cry that could be likened to a mountain lion.

Hailey wanted to be heard. She became a sister to her brother Devin, and beloved daughter to Mike and Cyndie Wangert.

When Hailey turned three, she was blessed with stepfather Randy Dilts, an older sister, Randi Amber, and older brothers Brady and Jacob. Hailey is affectionately known as “Muffinhead”. She had a fierce independence and wanted to chart her own course. Hailey received her high school diploma after excelling in the college of the Rockies Culinary Program. After Graduation at the age of 19, Hailey moved to Vancouver to begin her journey.

Hailey’s loving personality was infectious, she will be sorely missed by all those that knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Hailey’s Life will take place on May 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM at McPherson Funeral Home in Cranbrook B.C.
