Obituary of Darren Richard Webster

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Darren Webster.

Darren was born to Phillis and George Webster in 1960 in Cranbrook, BC, and was raised with all of his siblings Joanna, Garry, Donna, and Barbara just outside of town. Darren went to trade school to pursue his welding career and had a successful business which took him outside of Cranbrook, including supervising a large crew in Fort McMurray and as far as Houston Texas. Throughout his whole life as well as welding, he was also a truck driver in all aspects of forestry. This is where his extensive knowledge of the back country and back roads derived from.

Darren was blessed with his two children Cody and Paige in the early 90’s and later on met Tsipora and welcomed her children Colton and Jasmine into his home.

Darren loved the outdoors and was an avid camper, fishermen, and loved taking the quad for a good rip. Darren leaves behind a long list of friends and family who will miss him deeply. His two best friends were waiting for him with a cold beer in hand.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Cranbrook BC, on May 3, 2025 at the Eagles Hall from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
