I have just heard of your recent loss....... When I think of your Mom I think of the time I went to your cottage at Sandy Beach and your Mom was having a few of her lady friends over and she called to me to come out and show them my toes. She told the ladies I had aristocratic toes because my second toe was longer than my big toe. I will never forget that day. I now tell everyone I have aristocratic feet!!!!!!! And, I'll never forget her drawing the outline of our faces on your laundry wall at your Weyburn home. Thinking of you , Chris, and your family at this sad time. Love Brenda (Carson) Walsh

We were away all winter and have just received news of your mother's passing, Sandy, Chris and family. We were sorry to hear of your loss. She was a lovely lady, indeed. She was fun to be around and I always remember her sense of humor and the way she always made me feel so welcome in your home in Weyburn and your lovely cottage on Sandy Beach! I also remember her support and active work in Job's Daughters. I know she will be missed by many but she will always be very "fondly remembered" by all who knew her.

Sandy and Chris, I learned of your moms passing from the Weyburn Harts. I am truly sorry that she is gone. I spoke to her by phone not long ago and was amazed by her contagious enthusiasm and energy. Our thoughts and hearts are with you.....Everytime we talked to Gerry, she made us laugh with her great sense of humor and she was one of the kindest that we have met. I (Michelle) actually just read her book (from the Cranbrook Library) and loved it....what an amazing legacy to have left along with the family that she loves so much.
