Merv had a terrific sense of humor and was always willing to help in any way he could. He spent hours teaching me about my computer. He showed a great deal of patience when dealing with me. I could never thank him enough for all his help. He always sent pictures of his family and their adventures together, keeping me up to date on their activities. He had a thoughtful and kind manner when dealing with others. He will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to Laura, Ksena, Shawn and their boys and Sean and Candace and their families. from Carol Weisbrod

My memories of Mervin: We had a few late evenings at the Lloydminster CO-OP Data Centre, keeping that System 38 working 7/24. Mervin was the best IT/Data Centre Manager I have known over my 36 year career. When time permitted we often headed out to Lashburn Golf Club where Mervin got hooked on golf. We always came home with more golf balls than we started with due to the many searches for our own. I will cherish our fun times and will miss this very good man. My thoughts and prayers are with the Weselowski family today. Ken G Gillis
