Margaret Rudkowsky just called us from Dease Lake to tell us of Lil's passing & we found her notice online. She was the one and only organist at All Saints Community Church in Cassiar from the town's opening to closing! We still have a beautiful piece of her quilting which she made as a gift from the parish to us when we departed from Cassiar in 1992. What a dedicated & lovely Christian lady Lil was. We send our most sincere condolences to all the family ... in particular we remember meeting Gord and Lori. May God's unfailing love be a comfort to you at this difficult time. We sure had good visits over the years when you came out to Saskatchewan. My mom and yours shared some good times together during their nurses training. It was so nice they had a good relationship like this to treasure over the years. Aunty Lil was like a second mom to me and we will miss her as well and we always enjoyed their visits especially your Dad's and her last visit here with us. My Dad said to pass his condolesences to all of you and we were shocked to see the news in the Nokomis paper he said they all had some good times together in the younger years and some good visits as well! Barb I sure would like to hear from you. Lori and Peter I to hope to keep in touch with you along with Gordon and Heather. I did get Gord's number from Ken and Ruth and left a message with him.
