Michael Robert Odarich It is with great sadness that we say good bye to our husband, father, papa, son, brother, uncle and friend. Michael Robert Odarich passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 6th in Burnaby, BC at the age of 56. He leaves behind his loving wife of 31 years Barb, daughters Tammy (Ryan) and Amber (Tim) and the lights of his life, grandchildren Makayla and Joey. Also left behind are his mother Maxine and step-father Bob; sisters Cindy and Wanda (Kel) and niece Tanya; step-brothers Bruce (Peggy), Roger and Fred and step-sisters Barb (Martyn) and Freda along with several nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his "brother from another mother", Wayne. He was predeceased by his father Ivan Odarich and step-father Ed Grey. Mike was a proud family man and loved his job working as a logger in the bush and always said he had the best job in the world. There will be a private family gathering at a later date as per his wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Mike's memory, to the Rick Hansen Foundation, 300-3820 Cessna Drive, Richmond, BC, V7B 0A2 or the charity of their choice. You loved to drive your big, blue Ford truck and dance and now you are free to dance again. We love you and will miss you.
