The Tadeys were neibours on 5th. Ave. when growing up. John lifted my spirtis with his humour. Attended the funeral and so good to see his siblings and friends. May God in His comfort and peace that passes understanding be with you, Joyce and all your family as well as extended family be with you at this difficult time. So heart warming to learn that he was able to be at home through his battle. Wonderful picture and beautiful poem on the card given at the church. -Irene (nee Paulson) . In Friendship, caring and our symapthy, Gordon and Irene p.s. Gord has special memories from work!

Joyce & Family. I was saddened to hear of John's passing. I will always remember him while I was a young boy growing up. He and Millen would faithfully drop by and visit their mother after work, at her house on 5th Ave. My parents had the highest of regard for John and Millen I had a few conversations with John since I returned to Cranbrook 5 years ago and will remember him as being the kind soul that I recall from my youth. Rest well John your life has been lived well. May you have peace in your eternal reward.

Joyce, I am so sad to learn of John's passing. My heart goes out to you on the loss of your soulmate. I enjoyed our visits so much over the years as you both were a bright spot in my day. John was such a kind and caring man but with a fun sense of humour. I will miss him and think of him often.

So sorry to hear that John has passed away. We enjoyed our visits to Joyce and John's home with coffee, tea, Brisk and the home made goodies that only Joyce could make so yummy. The conversations were varied and interesting. We will miss him and pass along our condolences to Joyce and her family.
