Obituary of Assiya Oviatt

1959 - 2010

Assiya Oviatt, sweetheart and wife of Gerry Oviatt, passed away on August 10, 2010 at Foothills Hospital in Calgary, Alberta at 51 years of age. She was loved by many because she gave love to all.

Assiya is survived by her loving husband Gerry; step-daughter Danica; sister San San; sister Nu Nu and brother-in-law Ravi; sister Sulay and brother-in-law A.C. Singh; 2 nephews Arun and Tutu; niece Tahira, her husband Fernando Carroll and their 2 children Adriel and Enaya.

A funeral service for Assiya will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Cranbrook on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Cranbrook from 12:00 pm until 12:30 pm on Friday, August 20, 2010, prior to the service. Assiya's Interment will follow the funeral service at Westlawn Cemetery.
