Obituary of Cerith Elizabeth Revie

1943 - 2012

It is with sadness that the family of Cerith Elizabeth Revie announces her peaceful passing on Thursday, June 14, 2012 in Cranbrook, British Columbia at 69 years of age.

Cerith was born in Kimberley, British Columbia on February 11, 1943. She had a love for animals, especially her dogs. She enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking, tending her flower garden and home decorating. Cerith could often be found wearing one of her many hats.

Cerith is survived by her sons Don (Lorilyn) and Will (Tara), daughter-in-law Karen, grandchildren Brennan, Colin, Evan, Jordan, Brady, sister Gwyneth and nieces and nephews Barb, Mark, Ceri and Dryw. She was predeceased by her husband of 30 years Howard, her daughter Terri and her parents William and Marion Beynon.

A private family service for Cerith will be held at McPherson Funeral Home in Cranbrook on Thursday, June 28, 2012 followed by an Open House at 2:00 pm in the McPherson Reception Room. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in honour of Cerith may do so to the: East Kootenay S.P.C.A., Box 2, Cranbrook, British Columbia, V1C 4H6.
