Obituary of Nerino Pellegrin

August 10, 1932 - August 22, 2010

It is with great sadness that the family of Nerino announce that he passed away peacefully at the Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary with his family at his side after a brief and courageous battle with cancer.

Nerino will be deeply missed by his sons Rick (Joan) and grandchildren Nicole and Tyler; Jeff (Sherry) and grandchildren Link (Gaylene) Opper; Deda (Gregg) Pliska and great grandchildren Colton and Jaden; his brothers Alfeo (Mary) and Romeo; sister Elda McCutcheon and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Cynthia, brother Albano, brother-in-law Gordie McCutcheon, sister-in-law Doreen and nephew Gerry Pellegrin.

At Nerino's request there will be a private family graveside service. Everyone is welcome to Rick and Joan's house at 1323 - 18th Street South for an open house celebrating Nerino's life on Friday, August 27, 2010 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Peter Lougheed Hospital - Third Floor, 3500 - 26 Avenue Northeast, Calgary, Alberta, T1Y 6J4.
