Obituary of Tena Butcher

1936 - 2012

Tena Butcher lost her lengthy battle with multiple illnesses at East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 76 years of age.

Tena was born in Russell, Manitoba on June 15, 1936. She will be sadly missed by her brother Nick Flundra; brother Paul (Violet) Flundra; son Brian Butcher of Calgary, granddaughter Kayla, grandson Jacob; daughter Melanie Walsh, grandson Michael, granddaughter Lindsay; son-in-law Gordon Walsh; daughter Pam, granddaughter Dallas (Josh), great grandsons Ashton, Aiden and Khade; daughter-in-law Diana Faulkner, grandson Jason (Nicole) Faulkner, great grandson Dale, great granddaughters Elaina and Faron; grandson Kyle (Lorrie) Faulkner; many nieces and nephews and her long time friend Tony (Blair) Meggison. She was predeceased by her husband Leonard Butcher, son Dale Butcher, many brothers and sisters and her parents George and Margaret.
