Dennis Dale Dryla of Kimberley, B.C. passed away peacefully August 8, 2019 at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital, Cranbrook, B.C.
Dennis was born 1947 in Brandon Manitoba. At the age of nine he moved with his mother Rose and brothers to Ta Ta Creek, British Columbia.
Dennis went to school in Ta Ta Creek and Kimberley, graduating in 1966. After graduation he took pre-apprentice training at B.C. Vocational School in Nelson, as a heavy-duty mechanic. Dennis completed his apprenticeship with the BC Forest Service working on the Libby Dam project. His career had him in many locations throughout British Columbia. Later in life due to health reasons he settled in Kimberley, to be closer to family.
Dennis is survived by his brother Ron (Diane), nephew Keith, nieces Tammy, Laura (John), Rhonda (Bruce), and close friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Matthew & Rose, brother John, sister-in-law Mae.
As requested by Dennis, there will be no service.
