In his younger years he often dressed as Santa to deliver presents to children. He shared his garden vegetables with the neighbourhood and friends. Unknown to many, Bud also placed food hampers on the steps of those who needed it most and never hesitated to assist many in need. Because of his giving spirit, in lieu of flowers, donations to the local food bank would be appropriated (Kimberley Helping Hands Food Bank Society, 340 Leadenhall Street, Kimberley, British Columbia, V1A 2R6). Bud spent many years with his close and dear friend, Jackie Bhatia. Friends wishing to make a contribution may consider the Schizophrenic Society in both their memories.
