Obituary of Leonna Isabel Fiebelkorn

Born June 5, 1945 in Mission BC, Leonna passed away on December 15, 2006 at the Cranbrook Regional Hospital after a brave battle with cancer.

She moved from Maple Ridge, BC to Skookumchuck, B.C. three years ago to enjoy the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Left to cherish her memory are husband Cliff, son Wesley (Tracy) of Enderby and their children Christy, Haley, Adam, and her son Michael (Jennifer) of Mission B.C. and their children Andrew and Naomi. Also surviving her are 4 brothers; Walter (Jackie) Halbauer of Princeton BC, Mike Halbauer, Terrace, BC, John Halbauer, Mission BC and Jessie (Gwen) Halbauer of Vernon BC, mother-in-law Nathalie, brother-in-law Elvin (Carol), brother-in-law Larry as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Donations in Leonna's memory may be made to the Breast Cancer Research and Education Fund. 366 St. Paul St. St. Catherines, ON L2R 3N2.

 

A memorial service will take place at 2:00 pm on Saturday April 14th, 2007 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 12145 Laity St., Maple Ridge, BC. Cremation preceded the service.
