Obituary of Dorothy Whitehead

1928 - 2009

Dorothy Rose Whitehead passed away peacefully May 19, 2009. She was born in Victoria, British Columbia on February 6, 1928 and will be sadly missed by Dennis her husband and best friend of 54 years; daughters: Suzanne (LaVerne) Nelson and Sharon (Tim) MacNeill and her four grandchildren whom she loved dearly Amy, Cory, Heidi (Andrew) and Joel.

At Dorothy's request there will not be a funeral service. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in her honour may do so to the CNIB, PO Box 32002, Stn BRM B, Toronto, Ontario, M7Y 5R2 or the East Kootenay S.P.C.A., Box 2, Cranbrook, British Columbia, V1C 4H6.
