"Jackie" Jacklyn Eve Anderson Hayward of Cranbrook, B.C. Our Purple Butterfly has spread her wings to be reunited with her Precious Nana in Heaven. As we shed tears they are cheering loudly as they watch Victor & Shae-lynn skate to Riverdance. Jackie attended school at Steeples Elementary, Tenth Avenue Elementary, Laurie Junior High, and Mt. Baker Senior Secondary. She was so proud of her accomplishments..High School Graduation Certificate, Food Safe Certificate, and just this last Spring her diploma for six years in Transitions Course at the College of the Rockies. Jackie had a kind and generous spirit, always willing to lend a hand and try to help in any way she could. Jackie always made those who knew her feel special with a cheerfully loud greeting and warm friendly hugs.

Jackie enjoyed bowling with the Kimberley/Cranbrook Special Olympics. She won numerous awards and travelled to Surrey, B.C., for the 2002 Special Olympics Summer Games. There she proudly wore home her bronze medal, and her Individual silver medal led on by "Coach Jo". She spent many hours listening to music on her computer and doing crafts for family and friends. She also liked to spend a few hours volunteering at the Salvation Army Thrift Shop, and horseback riding on Brandy, and Honey, with Auntie Di. She loved the Kootenay Ice and the Calgary Flames. Jackie adored her Auntie Darla's curried chicken. She loved to camp, and always was excited to go to Turtle Lake to camp with her Aunts, Uncles, and cousins from Canal Flats. Her favourite day of the week was Tuesday when "Husband" Trevor would take her out for dinner and then they would go to the Ice game or to a movie. Jacklyn Eve was the second born of four into "Betty-Jean's January 5th Babies." Jackie will be lovingly missed by her parents, Dennis & Debbie Hayward, Brother Tim, Sister Tracy, nephew-to-be Hayden, and Grandmother Maeve Hayward. Also by "Husband" Trevor Cloarec, & "Other Mom" Irene "Mrs. B" Bischler.

Left to mourn her sudden passing are Aunts & Uncles, Dianne & Marvin Dilts, Darla Campbell & Larry Onda, Bob Campbell, Gillian & Jack Afonso, Sharon & Dennis Reed, Colin & Sukie Hayward, Lorne Hayward, and Leanne Hayward. Precious cousins to Jackie were Robert, Wendy, Candace, Heidi, Gary, Glen, Maye, Lee, Patricia, Linda, Hailey and Braydon. Also Special Cousins of Jackie's: Manjot Dhillon, Justin Pointer, Lisa & Terry Carter and all their spouses and children.

Jacklyn was predeceased by her Inspiration "Nana" Betty-Jean & Jim Anderson, Freebon & Gladys Hayward, Great Grandparents Jack & Eva Laing and her baby cousin Brody Hall. Our hearts are heavy, the world has lost yet another angel.
