Mom was kind, loving and the strongest woman I will ever know. She took people under her wing and helped them when she could.She was always respected, and she always respected others.She will be missed dearly by all.As I grow older I hope I can be come more like her in many ways.She is now with my mom Carol and my grandpa Cliff and little Cliffy.I know she safe and happy and in loving arms.

To the family of Anne,Jerry you probably don`t remember me but I was a friend of your Mom`s. I was also very close to Cliff and Annie Me. I had my horse out at Wild horse Farm. And spent many happy hours with Cliff helping him with what ever. Annie was always looking out for me and trying to feed me. She will always hold a special place in my heart as does Cliff. My Mother Nan Hegeman would also like to be remembered. We were good friends of the Meads. And My Mother always enjoyed visiting with Annie when she came to visit the Meads or to pick me up.It was so nice to see Annie after all these years Both my Mom and Annie were in dyalisis together. I NEVER MET MY GRANPA GORDON GRAINGER WHICH WAS A BROTHER TO UNCLE CLIFF,HOWEVER! MANY A STORY CAME FROM OUT WEST, IN FORTSTEEL, BACK HOME ABOUT THE "TRUE COWBOY" FAMILY WE NEVER GOT TO REALLY KNOW!! WHICH IN RECENT YRS. I BEEN TRYING MY BEST TO AQUAINT MYSELF WITH THOSE (COWBOY KIN) AUNT ANNE, WAS A VERY WARM & CARING WOMEN FROM THE FEW TIMES I TALKED WITH HER, MUCH OF WHAT WAS HER LIFE WITHOUT UNCLE CLIFF WHOM I BELIEVE SHE TRULY MISSED AND I ALSO BELIEVE UNCLE CLIFF CALLED HER HOME, FROM HER"CALL OF DUTY IN THIS LIFE" GOD BLESS YOU AUNT ANNE AND GIVE A BIG HUG TO UNCLE CLIFF & CAROL FROM LLOYD GORDON GRAINGER YOUR "FLATLANDER KIN"

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Lorne, Jeannie, Gerri and families. We are so glad that Lloyd was able to make it out to Aunt Annie's funeral. I never realized until I read the obituary that Aunt Annie's second name was Leona as well. I am so glad that when we were out a couple of years ago visiting with Lorne that we had a change to visit with Aunt Annie as well. Aunt Annie and I exchanged Christmas cards and short letters over the years. Our thought go out to everyone and Aunt Annie will now be able to catch up with Uncle Cliff, Carol and Cliffy Leona & Herb

There were many days that Ann and I would visit together in the apartment. She was a true friend you could always count on. She helped me through some of my darkest hours after the passing of my father. I will miss her. Our Father in Heaven is blessed to have her with him now.
