Obituary of Shurl Beacum

We are saddened to announce the passing of Shurl on May 20th, 2008 at the Pines Special Care Home in Kimberley, British Columbia at 65 years of age.

Shurl loved the country life, working on the ranch, operating a guiding territory and summer guest ranch at Spain Lake. Shurl always had the coffee pot on and a deck of cards and the scrabble game out! Shurl moved to the beautiful mountains at Kimberley, British Columbia where she served Jehovah faithfully with her daughter Jeannie and family. Shurl is survived by Amedee Isnardy; daughter Jeannie (James) Strong; grandchildren: Jack, Kristina, Kyle, Kenda, Jenn; daughter Jacquie Isnardy; grandchildren: Buddy, Danny, Brody; son Roy (Sherry) Isnardy; mother Jean Verral; sister Carol (Gary) Holt; nephew Frank; brother Roy (Anne) Twan; niece Mia.

She was predeceased by her father Allan Twan and brother Mike Twan.

A service for Shurl was held on Saturday, May 24th, 2008 at 2:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Marysville, British Columbia.

An Interment will be held at a later date in Spain Lake.Memorial donation's in Shurl's honour can be made to the Pines Special Care Home at: 386 2nd Avenue Kimberley, British Columbia V1A 2Z8.
