Dear Aunt Anne and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I wanted to be there but wasn't able to make it. I know how important Uncle Nick was to my dad who always looked forward to his phone calls with "Cactus Pete"! They always made a point to keep in touch. The few times that I answered the phone at my parents home when Uncle Nick called, he was sure to say something funny to make me laugh and that's special when it's your uncle. I also always enjoyed exchanging Christmas cards each year with Uncle Nick. We may not have had opportunity to visit often, but family is family and always in our hearts. So here's to you Uncle Nick, til we meet again.Love Sharon, Lisa, Mitch and Trenton.

My brother Nick was a heck of a guy.When you needed help he wouldn't ask why.He'd help anyone if he could.Life was hard he understood.He'd tackle any job without defeat.That's why I called him "Cactus Pete ".Our thoughts and prayers are with Ann and all the family.We will miss Nick's phone calls, his storytelling and his humor.
