It is with extreme sorrow that the family of Cindy Tate, aged 36, announce her passing at The Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta after a courageous battle with Cancer.

Born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan on January 18, 1972, Cindy passed away in a warm and loving embrace, in the arms of her mother Elaine, and her other family members at her side. Cindy was a loving mother herself, and her own great children loved her dearly. She was a caring and loving person whose one of many kindnesses involved coaching children's sports. Cindy loved the outdoors, the mountain air and life in beautiful British Columbia, and her sprit will remain here with these fond memories forever.

Cindy leaves to mourn her passing, her loving parents, Serge and Elaine Charbonneau and Allan and Darcie Tate; her children: Jordan, Morgan, Bailey and Harper and their loving fathers; her sister: Nichole, Natasha and Maria; a brother Craig; plus numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her grandma Edna Tate. A funeral service for Cindy will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 1:30 pm at the McPherson Funeral Chapel in Cranbrook.

A private family Interment will take place at a later date. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in honour of Cindy may do so to The Palliative Care Unit, c/o Grey Nuns Hospital, 1100 Youville Drive, Edmonton, Alberta T6L 5X8.
