Obituary of Kelvin Behrens

Passed Away: October 19, 2008 in Cranbrook, British Columbia

Kelvin Behrens, 48, peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, October 19, 2008 with his loving wife of 32 years and his two sons Thomas and Kelvin Jr. at his side. Kelvin fought a courageous six month battle with cancer. Kelvin was predeceased by his mom, dad, grandparents plus several aunts and uncles. Left to mourn Kelvin Sr.'s loss is his wife Darlene; sons Thomas Behrens (Sara) and Kelvin Behrens Jr., both of Cranbrook; daughter Carrie Howden of Brantford, Ontario; two grandchildren: Alexandra and Austin Behrens; aunt Shirley of Calgary, Alberta; and several cousins.

Visitation for Kelvin will take place on Thursday, October 23rd, 2008 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the Cranbrook McPherson Family Room and Friday October 24th, 2008 from 10:00 am until 10:45 am at the Kootenay Christian Fellowship located at 131 - 7th Avenue South in Cranbrook, followed by his funeral service at 11:00 am at the Kootenay Christian Fellowship on Friday, October 24, 2008.
