Obituary of Janice Froland

April 8, 1950 - November 14, 2008

It is with extreme sorrow that we announce the passing of Janice Froland. Janice was a loving wife and mother, a wholly creative person, avid seamstress, skier and camper. She loved to travel and meet people. She was passionate about everything she set her mind to. Janice greatly enjoyed her work doing costumes for the high school productions. She will always be remembered as a kind, warm gentle person whose smile and wit made everyone love her. We will miss the most amazing woman we knew. Janice leaves to mourn her passing, Larry, her husband of 36 years; sons: Steve and Lindsey of Victoria; brother: C. Erling Anderson of Kelowna; plus nieces Kris and Bridget and nephews Clayton and Thor.

She was predeceased by her father Erling and mother Ida, as well as sister-in-laws Bonnie and Marlene.

A Celebration of Janice's Life will be held on Friday, November 21, 2008 at the Heritage Inn Ballroom in Cranbrook from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
