We met Norma (and Buzz) through Katherine's involvement in Rotary Youth Exchange. We were able to visit them in Invermere, both in the old house and also at Harmington House several times. We were fascinated with Norma's stories of her trip to Russia when Russia was NOT a common destination. We laughed with her at various events which befell her. We were very pleased when she joined Rotary. The "fridge pig" she gave us at the conclusion of one of our trips to Invermere reminds us of that trip and of course of Norma. We were more than pleased to host Norma a Buzz in our home near Cessnock when they did an Australian trip. We last met Norma in New Zealand just under 3 years ago and spent several days with her. We remember her laughter, her spirit, her smile, her self-deprecating remarks from time to time, her wit, her concern for others, her friendship. While we will miss her in the flesh, we will remember her in spirit.
