Born: July 16, 1918 near Ernfold, Saskatchewan

Passed Away: January 16, 2009 in Cranbrook, British Columbia

It is with great sadness that the family of Anne Hollands announce her passing on Friday, January 16, 2009 in Cranbrook at 90 years of age at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital with family by her side. Anne was a school teacher in Saskatchewan and Cranbrook. She loved gardening. She was involved with the Gideons and the women's group in her church. She owned and operated the Wycliffe General Store for many years and loved music.

Anne is survived by her loving husband Howard J. Hollands of Cranbrook, British Columbia; son Clark (Joyce) Hollands of Langley, British Columbia; daughter Bette (Don) Green of High River, Alberta; and grandson: Doug (Cindy) Green and great grandchildren: Chase and Devon of High River, Alberta; granddaughter: Janice (Kevin) Dyck and great granddaughters: Amanda, Cassandra and Kaitlyn of Edmonton, Alberta.

Anne was predeceased by her parents Mike and Helen Pauliuk; brothers, George, Bill, Nick and John and one sister Emilia.

A funeral service for Anne will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 1:00 pm at the Abundant Life Penticostal Assembly in Cranbrook. Interment in Westlawn Cemetery.
