Obituary of Mike Johnson

1921 - 2009

It is with great sorrow that the family of Milton Michael Johnson announce his passing at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook at 87 years of age on Saturday, July 4, 2009.

Mike was born August 17, 1921 in South Dakota. He loved hockey and fishing. He was a school bus driver for 36 years.

Mike leaves to mourn his passing his daughter Lori Benson; step-daughter Memory Allen; step-son Danny Perreault; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife Shirley Johnson on March 25, 2006 and son David Johnson on November 29, 1975.

A celebration of life for Mike will take place on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 1:00 pm at the Johnson Farm in Parson, British Columbia. Arrangements entrusted to McPherson Funeral Service.Condolences for the family can be offered at:www.mcphersonfh.com
