Obituary of Jozef Trinkaus

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Jozef Trinkaus announces his sudden passing on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 in Cranbrook, British Columbia.

Joe was born on January 14, 1946 in Slovenia. He immigrated to Canada, where he met and married his love Maria. He is survived by his supportive wife Maria; beloved daughter Amy (Alan) Brecka; his grandson and joy Johnathan; as well as many relatives and friends.

Accordion music was Joe's passion and a talent that he shared generously with others. He took pride in and shared the fruits of his magnificent garden. For over 40 years, Joe gave dedicated service to CP Rail. As a person of faith, it was Joe's deep pleasure to serve his church community.

A funeral mass for Joe will be celebrated on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 11:00 am at Christ The Servant Roman Catholic Church.
