Margherita Kraljic

January 17, 1929 ~ November 19, 2019

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness, that the family of Margherita Kraljic announce her peaceful passing. Margherita worked as a cook and was highly praised for this throughout the many places she worked at. She was a proud member of the Columbo Lodge, loved gardening flowers and vegetables, and spending time with her family. Margherita loved her family and cherished visits from her wonderful grandchildren. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by the people who knew her.

Margherita is survived by son Joe (Tanya), daughter Kathy, grandchildren Kaila (Dustin), Ben, Lauren (Carter), and great grandson Hudson.

She was predeceased by her husband Josip in 2012, great granddaughter Logan, sister Theresa, brother Carmen, and parents.

A prayer service for Margherita will take place at 7:00pm, November 29th, 2019 at McPherson’s Funeral Services, in Cranbrook. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00am, November 30, 2019 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, in Cranbrook. An Entombment will follow the funeral mass at Westlawn Mausoleum, in Cranbrook.
