It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Richard Louis Capilo. Richard passed quietly in the wee hours of the morning at F.W Green Home in Cranbrook, B.C.

Due to social distancing measures in place because of the CoVid-19 pandemic, there will not be a Wake or a Funeral at this time.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Richard at a later date.
