Don was a good friend and mentor. I got to know him when I was an apprentice and later when he was my supervisor at Cominco. He was a caring man who always had everyone’s best interests at heart. Along with work and golf, I have fond memories of staff Christmas parties that he would host at his home. He was a good friend, and will be greatly missed. Condolences to Bev and the family.
