Obituary of Donna Louise Copeland

1936 -2010

With great sadness we announce the passing of our mother Donna Louise Copeland (nee Foster) after a short illness.

Donna leaves behind her children James (wife Fredelle and grandchildren: Andrew and Alison) of Coquitlam, Jennifer (Grandchildren: Rhiannon, Rachel and Rebekah) of St. John's NL and Joanna (husband Jonathan and granddaughter Charlotte) of Cranbrook; her brother Jack Foster (niece Julianna) of Victoria, Aunt Grace Laughlin and husband Keith and many loved cousins including Deborah Walkland, Dorian and David Shortt and their families. Also friends around the world including Dot Vigeurs of St. John's NL and Genivieve Renaud (husband Joel and baby Sidney) of Vancouver. Now she is healed and free to join those who have gone before, especially her loved husband Douglas.

Special Thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of the East Kootenay Regional Hospital for their caring, understanding and attention during Donna's last days. Extra special thanks to Dr. E Scheibenstock for all her support and care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cranbrook Public Library, home of Donna's best friend: a good book.
