I was privileged to know Horatio through his companion Elsie Hume. History was a kind man with a sense of humor a generous heart and love of good wine. I will remember many enjoyable dinners my husband and I shared with Horst and Elsie. I am glad I met him. Our condolences to you all. Debbie and Stewart Foisy.
