Condolences to all of you, especially David. Towards the end of August I had a dream of Heather and she was very much
in my thoughts for the next couple of days. A gracious way of saying goodbye, perhaps, and I am sorry she has gone, but so
glad to have known her and to have been touched by her.

Dear Dave and Family. We know your hearts are heavy with this Big Love that Heather brought to your world and being. We share some of that load too. We cherished every blessed moment we got to share. Some highlights was the day Heather and John invited Cheryl to ski down the Dean. It opened up our new life in Kimberley and we were welcomed into your Thursday ski and lunch day. Everyday on the mountain is a good day-days with Heather, Dave and John they were spectacular. Sending hugs and love your way. C&R

Dave, Jason, Blaine, Erin. When I received the call of the passing of Heather, it was a huge shock to all of us. Thank you for sharing her with the world.
Heather was like my “adopted” mum to me. Heather had a great listening ear and was always happy to be updated on our life adventures, but she could also scold us when we did something stupid. Not that Jason and I ever did that (?) Yet, in some cases, it was what we needed in those younger years. Heather was and will always be our “mum” to so many hockey players, staff at the old Grubstake, and a kid from the west coast.
May you forever be in our thoughts and hearts as we reflect on your impact on our lives. Thank you for being there to lend an ear. You will be missed.

Dave and family,
Our sincerest condolences to you and your family in the passing of Heather. She will be missed by all her knew her.
I have fond memories of working with her at Togs and Toys. We always had a good time "on the job". She was the expert when we introduced the computer system into the store and could make it work to its best capabilities.
Our thoughts are with you at this time,
Bob, Laura and Scott King

Brian & I send our sincere condolences to the McFadden family. Heather and Dave played a big part in our kids lives in their teenage years. They gave them a job and a work ethic they have now in their adult lives. She is gone too soon but she leaves behind a great legacy with her kids and grandkids. Rest In Peace Heather.
