Obituary of Albert "Ab" Edwards

June 15, 1941 - January 3, 2022

With sadness the family of Albert Edwards announces his passing on January 3, 2022.

Ab enjoyed going to Dairy Queen for coffee. He loved being around his grandchildren, and teasing was something they all got giggles of enjoyment from. Family was very important to Albert and he will be greatly missed.

Ab is survived by his wife Joan, daughter's Hayley Edwards, Shannon Palmer (Edwards), grandchildren Acacia McGrath, Briseis Palmer, Ireland Palmer and Ellora Palmer.

He was predeceased by his father Albert John Edwards, mother Robina Charlotte Edwards, his stepfather Jacob Stahel, and granddaughter Adara Palmer. Albert was the last of 10 siblings that passed away.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Children's Hospital.

There will be a service for Albert on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 1:00 pm, McPherson Funeral Services, with interment to follow at Westlawn Cemetery.
