Dear Chris, Niki, Derek. I am so sorry about Ron's passing. I will always remember Ron in many ways. Niki's Dad. Derek's Father-In-Law. Chris' Husband, little Holly's "Daddy". I looked forward to coming home, and seeing Ron and having a chat with him from time to time, and made an effort to make sure to go to Save-On every Sunday, because I would know that I would run into Ron and Chris, and we'd have a nice conversation. When I read Niki's beautiful tribute to Ron, it brought me both smiles, and tears, because I have been fortunate enough to have known each of you for the past 6 plus years as a neighbour, and I got to see how much you mean to Ron, and how much Ron means to you. Ron was not only my neighbour, but a cherished friend. Ron, you mean a lot to me, and I will always have a place in my heart for you and your family.

Dear Chris. My deepest sympathies to you and all your family members and friends on the passing on Ron. I am glad you will have so many memories of him. I have a memory of you and him having coffee with friends or family at Timmy's. I remember so much laughter, teasing each other and the way he always looked at you with such love and contentment. He just looked so happy to be with you. The obit your daughter wrote ...I can so clearly see the love, fun, and devotion that runs through your family. It shows so clearly in her words.
