Kelly Patricia Lezard

1972-2022

 

Kelly Patricia Lezard “Dingbat”, age 49, passed away in Vancouver on August 30, 2022.

She was born in Cranbrook on December 4, 1972.

Kelly was a bookworm who enjoyed reading mystery novels, especially Stephen King books.

She  had a great sense of humor, and she worked as a flagger at construction sites.

Kelly was a beautiful drummer and had her own song with Sookenai Drum Group in the 80’s-90’s. Loved Pow Wow’s and Trails.

Her interests were enjoying the outdoors, fishing at Elizabeth and Jim Smith Lakes  where she also did Eagle watching.

Kelly was carefree, she enjoyed hitchhiking  and would give the shirt off her back at anytime to help anyone out.

She is survived by her four sons Lazarus Louie (Grandson Hunter Evan Louie), Robert Louie, Dione Louie(Jessica Basil), Elijah Lezard,

two daughters Anna Setter, and Pearl Cardinal,  also survived by her sister Audrey Wilson (Eric), one brother Lloyd Riley Morris (Alex), and by numerous nieces

and nephews.

Kelly was predeceased by her Father Felix Lloyd Lezard, and her Mother Rosalie Patricia Morris.

 

A Wake will be held at 5:00 pm, Thursday, September 8, 2022, at the Dan Joe Gym.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, September 9, 2022 also at the Dan Joe Gym.

Interment will take place at the Aqam Cemetery.
