Obituary of Isabella Henderson

Isabel passed away very peacefully with her loving family by her side at the age of 87, at East Kootenay Regional Hospital.

 

She was born in Coal Creek, BC, she spent most of her life in the East Kootenays. Isabel was very active in TOPS for 50 years,

was in Girl Guides of Canada for 40 years, and she also enjoyed bowling.

Mom loved the outdoors spaghetti feeds in the bush where the men were hunting.

 

She leaves to mourn, her son David, daughter Carol Ann (Lorne) Spencer, grandson Bill, and six other grandchildren, and four great grandchildren,

Her brother Harry, Celia, Don, Dena DePaoli, and by numerous nieces and nephews Dennis, Bev Foraie, and Pattie Radies.

 

Isabel was predeceased by her loving husband William, daughter Judith Lynn, her parents Owen and Isabella, her brothers Ron, Owen, William,

And by her sister Ida.

 

A Celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 pm,  Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Christ Church Anglican, Cranbrook.

A reception will follow in the church hall.
