Obituary of James Allen Anderson

James Allen Anderson 

June 30, 1948 - June 3, 2023 

Passed away at EKRH after a battle with cancer. 

 

Born in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia to parents Cecil and Theolinde Anderson. He will be missed dearly by his sisters Anne Jackson (Bill) Masstown of Nova Scotia, Maria Forbes (Darrell) of Prince George BC, Evie Roberts (Lewis) of Parrsboro, Nova Scotia, Brother Paul Parrsboro, Nova Scotia and Sister-in-law Nancy Anderson of Parrsboro, Nova Scotia,  as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sister Linda Hatfield and brother Cecil j.r. 

 

Jim was a friend to all. He always had time to stop and chat, or discuss life over breakfast at the local coffee shop. 

He ran a successful automotive repair shop for many years, there wasn’t much mechanically that he couldn’t figure out how to fix. 

 

Family and friends would like to extend a thank you to all of the nurses, care aides and allied health team members that all worked together to provide Jim with one of this last wishes in allowing him to remain at home for as long as possible. 

You all are a part of a wonderful team and we are all forever grateful for the kindness and support Jim was provided with in your care.
