Obituary of Anita Joyce Adams

Anita passed away peacefully on November 10 at the age of 92.

Anita was predeceased by her husband Norman in 1992 and parents Jack and Agnes Evans, and brothers Leslie and Ron Evans.

(Mom) Anita is survived by her children Sandra (Darryl), Terrence, Lori (Brian), and Dianne as well as Grandchildren Michael, Ashley, Chelsey and Tyler.

Anita also has six great grandchildren Gavin, Isabelle, Naomi, Markus, Millie and Sophie.

Anita was born, raised, married and lived her entire life in Kimberley B.C.

Anita dearly enjoyed her family time with special memories of vacations by car, lots of camping, and a very memorable houseboat trip.

Anita was a long-time member of the Kimberley Golf Club where she had several “Hole in Ones”.

As a golfer she had the opportunity to participate in the BC Summer Games where she represented the East Kootenay very proudly. She was an avid sports fan of Kimberley Dynamiters, NHL hockey, as well as NFL football.

Mom, Grandma, & GG will be missed, but her memory will never leave us.

Grateful thank you to the staff of Swan Valley Lodge Creston who took wonderful care of Mom for the past 18 months.
