Obituary of Carol Ann Dean

 

Our hearts are broken in to a million pieces with the passing of Carol Dean on Nov 30th 2023 at the Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 64. Born January 14th 1959 Carol is survived by her Loving husband Mark Dean her daughters Wendy (Jason) Bird, Cindy Dean Grandchildren Taylor Bird, Alissa (Derek) Dyck, Kylie Bates, Austin Bird, Damian Bird. Sisters Christine Zimmer, Sandra Zimmer, Sharron Zimmer Brothers Jim (Dodie) Zimmer, Mike Zimmer, John Zimmer , Aunt Donna Lockwood and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Carol was predeceased by her parents Tony and Lucy Zimmer, sister Susan Taylor, sister in law Dyanna Zimmer, Uncle Larry Lockwood, Nephew Scott Zimmer and Great niece Luciella Lebel.

Carol a Wife a Mother a Grandmother a Mama a Sister our Friend and our guiding light, you were our rock, our anchor amidst the turbulent waves of life. Like a sturdy lighthouse, you guided us safely through storms and provided us with unwavering support and strength a voice of reason. Your presence was not merely a source of comfort, but a testament to the resilience and unity of our family.

 

With your nurturing and caring nature, you held our family together, just like a car transports its passengers to their desired destinations. You were the one who kept us moving forward, even when the road ahead seemed uncertain. Whether it was offering a listening ear or providing practical advice, you always had our best interests at heart. Just as a car faithfully carries its passengers from place to place, you transported us through life's ups and downs, always ensuring that we reached our destination, no matter how challenging the journey.

 

You have been our constant support and our guiding light. Your intelligence, comprehension, and unwavering commitment to our family have truly been always understanding and addressing the complexities of life with clarity and determination. Through your presence and strength, you have exemplified the importance of unity and love within a family, forever holding a special place in our hearts. We will miss you deeply RIP Carol until we meet again you will always be in our hearts we love you so much....

 

A celebration of life will be held for Carol Dean on Saturday December 30th at the Days Inn ballroom from 1pm - 4pm
