Obituary of Jordan Brian Flint

Please share a memory of Jordan to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Jordan Brian Flint on January 24, 2024.

Born a 5th generation child on June 10, 1990 to Jennifer Flint, Jordan grew up surrounded by a loving family and the outdoors. Camping, hunting, fishing and bonfires were some of his most favorite things to do.

Jordan excelled at every sport he ever played. From bowling at a very young age to ice hockey, summer baseball and finally slow pitch where he found short stop to be his favorite position.

Jordan was an incredible role model for his sisters and later his younger cousins. He always took the time to go hunting or fishing with them and even taught them how to ride a bike.

Jordan held many jobs in his short life from pumping gas to changing tires to selling cars and most recently welding which he found to be his passion. He recently completed his 4th and final year at the College of the Rockies and received his Journeyman Certificate and was scheduled to write his Red Seal exam. Jordan was incredibly proud to follow in his Grandpas footsteps of becoming a businessman with the introduction of his new venture Venom Welding.

In 2017 Jordan met and fell in love with Kristy White and her 2 beautiful children who he took on as his own. In 2018 Kristy and Jordan blessed the family with the arrival of their son Ryker another 5th generation child, this time on 3 sides of Jordans family.

Jordan’s life revolved around his kids who he loved with his whole heart. He was so proud to be a Dad and what a wonderful Dad he was. He took them on many adventures, hunting, fishing, berry picking, coached their soccer teams and cheered from the stands for hockey and gymnastics. He rode their horses with them and was “Dadasaurous” and he created so many happy memories for his children that will last their lifetime. He was an amazing partner to Kristy and provider for his family.

Jordan is survived by his fiancé Kristy and their children Kinley, Brandt and Ryker, his Mom Jennifer (Cam), Sisters Rayna and Jayelin (Bobby) and Brothers Jacob and Tyler Costello. He also leaves his Grandparents Brian & Tisha Flint, Uncle Brian (Jennifer) Flint, Aunt Cori (Marc) Pelletier, Kristys family, Mom Teresa (Jefri), Brother Jordan (Sierra) and Grandmother Mary as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles Cousins, Friends and Friends who were Family.

Jordan was predeceased by his loving Great Grandparents Gerald and Evelyn Watson, Ellen & Bill Cuppen and his Dad Steve Ker.

A Celebration of Life for Jordan will be held on Saturday February 17th at 1:00 pm at the Eagles Hall in Cranbrook.

In lieu of flowers, donations to help his family during this difficult time would be gratefully accepted and can be sent to kristywhite180@gmail.com
