Nick and I send our sincere condolences to Lois, Shauna and family in the sudden loss of Dale.
Nick and Dale shared a love of hunting and fishing and he loved looking at the taxidermy we had at home. Dale especially loved the Dall sheep from the Yukon.
We decided we needed to modernize our kitchen and Dale was there to show us the Kekuli Bay catelogue . We made some great choices and loved the two tone gray cupboards which highlighted the new granite counter.
It was fun to have him in our home to install the cupboards and his workmanship top notch.
Another time we were skiing at Panorama and noticed his truck in the subdivision , so we stopped by for a quick visit and he was happy to show us his project.
We were at The Prestige Inn another time , on our anniversary April 5 th and were surprised Lois and Dale there also celebrating their anniversary on the same day. I think the four of us toasted each other. This is a lovely memory.
Please know Lois and family w you are in our thoughts and prayers. Love Trudy and Nick Veres

Our sincere condolences to the Elliott family due to Dale’s unexpected passing. Like so many others, we are in disbelief and heartbroken at the loss of such an incredible person and the man who became a good friend. We were fortunate to get to know Dale a decade ago when we planned the build of our house, and Dale agreed to do our cabinetry and finishing carpentry. Dale was remarkable in so many ways beyond his tremendous talents in the design and crafting of wood finishing and cabinetry. Every room in our home reflects his remarkable eye for detail and his precision touch and these rooms remind us of him and how we will miss him. There will be no more fall seasons where messages were shared about success in the field when hunting or fishing. Not to be forgotten will be the many great discussions we enjoyed of all things under the sun but especially the sharing of hunting and fishing tales. Kathleen O'Neill and Ben Mitchell-Banks
