Obituary of Darren Williams

Born on December 21, 1982, to Peter Williams & Beatrice Studd, Darren was raised in Cranbrook.  Following school Darren’s first job was constructing the fence behind the Child & Family building.  He then worked for various employers in Cranbrook.  Darren enjoyed old school rap and pow-wow music.  He loved his hockey, baseball and sports but, most of all, he loved his wife and he loved his children.

Left to mourn Darren are his spouse Hanna Capilo, his father Peter Williams (Tammy), his children Dreyden Williams, Arianna Nicholas, Tayah Williams, Nova Williams, his brothers Shawn Williams, Lawrence Williams (Adrianne) Shaun Morningchild, Tyson Morningchild, his Grandma Dorothy Greke and numerous Aunties, Uncles, cousins and nieces & nephews

Darren was predeceased by his mother Beatrice Studd, sister Shannon Studd, Uncles Larry, David and Chris Williams, Victor Clement, Grampa Leo Williams, Grandmother Margaret Williams, Grandfather Frank Studd, Grandmother Lenora Gus, Grandfather Ken Greke and Great Uncle Mathew Williams

A Wake will take place, Friday, November 8, 2024, 5:00 PM at the Dan Joe Memorial Gymnasium on ʔaq̓am Reserve, Cranbrook BC.

The Funeral Service will be held, Saturday, November 9, 2024, 11:00 am at the Dan Joe Memorial Gymnasium on ʔaq̓am Reserve, Cranbrook BC.
