You are all this and more! I don’t know if my heart will ever feel the same living life without physically here. Right now it feels like my heart is beating outside of my body and I’m trying to find my rhythm.
I’m grateful for my time with you, I’m grateful for the wisdom you imparted, I’m grateful for your love for me and my family. I was told recently that there’s gratitude in grief. That one can’t exist without the other.
You can have a broken heart and be grateful for the last goodbyes, the memories shared, and the pictures I gaze at through the tears I shed.
I miss you physically here my dear sweet, brother. Yet I know that the bond between us never changes it just exists on another plane of reality. That love transcends time, my love for you never dies.
