1913 - 2011

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Lloyd Wesley Rennie announces his peaceful passing on Monday, June 27, 2011 at the Pines in Kimberley, British Columbia.

Wes served overseas in WWII as an airplane mechanic. During his time abroad he met the love of his life Irene. Wes returned to Canada with his war bride Irene.

Wes was born on September 15, 1913 in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his daughter Diane (Brian), son Ian, grandchildren Jeremi (Anna) Pakenham, Erin and Chelsea, great grandchildren Hayley, Joseph, Kate and extended family in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and England. He was predeceased by his wife Irene.

At Wes's request there will be no funeral service. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in honour of Wes may do so to the Pines, 386 - 2nd Avenue, Kimberley, British Columbia, V1A 2Z8.
