Dear Pat and Family,
Your Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma(BaBa) was an extraordinary woman. She contributed a great deal in a great many ways during her long life. I only knew my 'Lady Anne' for three years...a drop in the bucket of her 98 years but she was much more to me than 'a hospice client'. She taught me a lot about living and dying and it was a special gift and an honour to be a small part of her peaceful leaving.
Remembering her well and keeping her stories alive she will not be lost to me. In the spring and winter of every year I will smile and hear her telling me, "Well, it's nice you came to visit, but you'd better go home now! You should be planting the garden!!
Anne worked hard and demanded much of herself. May her strength and your remembering carry you in the days ahead...Be well...
