Obituary of Donald Malcolm Soley

1931 - 2011

It is with great sorrow that the family of Donald Malcolm Soley announces his passing on Friday, September 30, 2011 in Jaffray, British Columbia with his family by his side.

Don was born on January 4, 1931 in Malvern, England. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and nephew. Don was a kind and gentle man who loved to laugh. He was respected by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by many.

Don is survived by his wife Janet, his daughters Leslie Leishman and Gail Jones, his brother Roger Soley, his grandsons, granddaughters and family in England. He was predeceased by his son Darren Soley and his brother Colin Soley.

A memorial gathering for Don will take place at 2880 - Rosen Lake Heights in Jaffray on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 1:00 pm. A private family Interment will take place at a later date.
