He was a wonderful, kind man we had the pleasure of meeting at his trappers cabin up the east fork near Fernie last fall. Him and his wife were so inviting and kind as they shared stories with us about their trap line and showed us some catches, discussed their cabin and visited. Although I did not know Gordon well, there are some people that come into your life and leave such a positive impact. Mr. Rice was one of them. Sending so much love to the family and may he rest in peace <3
